Group Exercise Classes
Group Exercise Classes are a free part of your Membership!
All classes on the Group Exercise Schedule and the Water Aerobics Schedule are FREE with your paid membership! Group Exercise Classes include: BodyAttack®, BodyCombat®, BodyFlow®, BodyJAM®, BodyPump®, BodyStep®, BodyVIVE®, Conditioning, Jazzercise, Pilates & Spinning. Members can choose from more than 60 classes a week!
The Center offers an incredible value to our members with our free exercise classes...not to mention a great way to make new friends. Take advantage of all the great classes we offer throughout the week. It's easy: check in at Member Services, tell the staff person that you are here for a class, and enjoy the class. Guest fee: $10.
It's never been so easy for you to Get Fit, Be Fit and Stay Fit!
All Group Exercise classes include 7 - 10 minutes warm-up, 5 - 8 minutes cool-down, abdominal work and stretching. Participants should work at their own pace during class. Modifications are given to increase or decrease intensity. All Group Exercise classes are FREE to members!

BODYPUMP® - is hailed as the Fastest Way in the Universe to Get in Shape. Challenge yourself with the original barbell workout that strengthens and tones your entire body. |

BODYSTEP® - is an All Systems Go STEP workout. Feel liberated and alive with the energizing step workout that pushes fat-burning systems into high gear. |

RPM® - is a 50 minute indoor cycling class based on outdoor riding. Ride the rhythm and burn up to 600 calories in a session! |

BodyVive® - A low impact mid-level cardio class that includes functional strength and core exercises. |
If a class does not average at least eight participants per month, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule class for the following month.
Please Note:
No one will be admitted to classes 15 minutes after the scheduled start of class.
Ergometer Indoor Rowing Exercise Classes
Wednesday 6:00 - 7:00 pm FREE
Ever want to try indoor rowing? It’s a great high intensity, low impact workout! Enjoy learning to work out on our Concept2 Ergometers. Many health benefits to indoor rowing include low impact, high aerobic activity, builds strength and stamina and is a great cross training activity. Instructor: Sharon Parker
